At RAM SERVE, we believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and love—no matter their circumstances. Founded in 2017 by Elder Will and Pastor Stroman of Redeemed Apostolic Ministry, RAM SERVE is a faith-driven outreach organization serving the homeless / transitioning community of Dallas, TX (DFW).
Our mission is simple yet powerful: to meet people where they are—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—and to serve them as family. We don’t see strangers or statistics; we see brothers and sisters, each created by God and worthy of his love and care.
From the beginning, RAM SERVE has been built on the foundation of faith, prayer, and action. We understand that today’s situation is not tomorrow’s reality—and that with trust in God, lives can be restored and renewed. We serve as a bridge—connecting people to resources, support, and above all, to the transforming love of Christ.
Pastor Stroman has long carried the calling to “feed His people,” believing that food made with love brings more than nourishment—it brings comfort, dignity, and a sense of belonging. At RAM SERVE, we do more than hand out meals—we serve home-style dishes with intentional care, because we know the difference that love makes.
Our Services Include:
- Nourishing, home-cooked style meals served with care
- Hygiene bags and essential personal care items
- Tents, coats, and seasonal gear for weather protection
- Emergency lodging assistance in select cases
- Year-round outreach, prayer, and spiritual support
With the support of Redeemed Apostolic Ministry and generous contributions from within our faith community—including Pastor Stroman herself—RAM SERVE continues to operate with excellence, consistency, and a deep sense of purpose.
We are guided by the belief that nothing is too big for God, and that true change begins when we extend love without condition and serve with both humility and strength. Through every meal, every prayer, and every act of kindness, we reflect the heart of God—bringing hope to those who need it most.
